  • What services do you offer?
    I have a wide range of manicure and pedicures. You can choose to have a standard nail polish or a gel polish finish and all manicures and pedicures include a relaxing hand massage or foot massage. My luxury manicure and pedicure is perfect if you want to be pampered and includes exfoliation and moisturisation with hot mitts or boots. I also do nail art and will be starting to offer nail enhancements soon.
  • How do I pay?
    For one off nail services, you pay on the day at the end of the appointment. You can pay by cash or by debit card, I will bring a mobile card reader with me to the appointment. For pre-paid plans, these are paid for on the website in advance. For gift card purchases, please pay by card on the website. You will then receive an email with the gift card code.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes! You'll find gift cards on the menu at the top of my website. Choose a gift card to the value of your choosing. If the gift is for someone else, you’ll be prompted to enter a personalised message. Decide if you want the gift card sent to the recipient’s email or to your own email address to pass on. The email will contain a gift card code. Please keep this safe as I will need it when I attend your appointment. To book, either call me and I’ll book you in or book on my website. You won’t need to put the gift card code in online, I’ll take a note of it during the appointment and I’ll update the balance on the gift card on my online system. Any balance remaining on the gift card after the appointment can be used in part or in full for subsequent sessions.
  • What are your pre-paid plans?
    My pre-paid plans are designed to make it cheaper for people who like a regular nail service. There are 3 options to choose from for gel and polish manicures; monthly service, bi-monthly service and quarterly service. The more often you have a service, the cheaper each session gets. Pay for the plan online and then whenever you want to book a session, either call me and I’ll book you in or head over to the bookings page on my website to book an appointment. My online system will keep track of how many sessions you pay for and how many you’ve called off.
  • What Covid precautions do you take?
    I think every morning about my own well being and take a LFT test if I think there's the slightest chance I have a symptom. This is in line with the latest guidelines from the Welsh government. I will do a test in advance on request for vulnerable clients. I'll continue to wear and mask for clients that wish me to and I'll supply masks for both of us if required.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange.
  • Where are you located?
    I don't have a physical nail bar or nail salon, I operate on a 100% mobile basis. I come to you at a time and place convenient. I cover all areas from Newport to Monmouth including Langstone, Catsash, Caerleon, Usk, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Raglan and all surrounding areas. Broadly speaking, I cover the following postcode areas:- NP4, NP10, NP11, NP15, NP16, NP18, NP19, NP20, NP25, NP26. If your postcode isn't listed, get in touch to check!
