I've decided to make it easier for clients to find me, book and buy gift cards so I've launched the Nails by Jennifer website!
Why I've created a website
Up until this point, I've run Nails by Jennifer on Facebook alone. Whilst that's worked well, there are sometimes technical issues with the bookings system and other technical issues which are hard to get resolved by Facebook which represents a big risk to a business on Facebook alone so I'm spreading my wings and setting up my own site to deal with bookings and the business side properly.
I'm still on Facebook and Instagram and will continue with that too but rather than asking clients to book there, I'll link you to the website for a seamless experience.
What I do
I'm a qualified mobile nail technician. I cover areas of South Wales from Newport to Monmouth and all areas in between such as Caerleon, Usk, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Raglan and all surrounding areas. I offer a wide range of manicure and pedicure services and nail art. Nail enhancements coming soon!
Booking services on my new website
All my services are available to book online. Choose the service you want and choose a day and time that suits. You'll get an email confirmation and an SMS reminder 24 hours before if you put your mobile number into the booking. I take payment after the appointment; I now have a mobile payment device so I can take cash or card payments at the end of your appointment.
Buying a gift card
The website now makes it really easy to buy gift cards, perfect for birthdays, Christmas and mothers day gifts or even as a treat to yourself. Gift cards are purchased online on the website and emailed out to you. The recipient of the gift can either call me to book their service or book online. They'll need to keep the gift card code safe so that I can redeem it at the end of their appointment.
Regular clients
The new website also lets me offer subscriptions so for regular clients that like a regular service, you can now subscribe to a pre-pay plan where the more sessions you commit to the cheaper each session becomes.
